About Us
Rooted in a legacy of Ayurveda that spans four generations, Forest Garden Organics (FGO) is a modern organic farming initiative committed to sustainability, biodiversity, and wellness. Nestled on a 35-acre estate in Rambukkana, Sri Lanka, FGO cultivates a diverse range of organic produce including coconuts, spices (pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon), herbal teas, vegetables, fruits, and medicinal herbs.
At the heart of FGO’s mission is a respect for nature and its vital role in human health. Blending traditional wisdom with modern agricultural technology, FGO produces nutrient-rich organic manure enriched with Indigenous Microorganisms (IMO) and a specially formulated Bio Stimulant to enhance plant growth. Our range also includes organic seeds, liquid fertilizers, and natural pesticide and fungicide solutions. These products support both our own cultivation and are available for wider agricultural use.

Our Policies
Modern agriculture, driven by the Green Revolution, monoculture, GM crops, synthetic fertilizers, growth hormones, and pesticides, has increased yields but at a great cost—environmental pollution, declining soil and air quality, rising carbon emissions, and serious health issues. The weakening of immunity and rise in illnesses like COVID-19 are linked to these unnatural practices.
Our environment and climate have suffered too, with increased natural disasters and disrupted ecosystems.
In contrast, our traditional agriculture was rooted in harmony with nature. Guided by cosmic rhythms—the Sun, Moon, and planetary movements—our ancestors practiced seasonal farming with natural inputs, preserving biodiversity and soil health while fostering strong, healthy communities.
We are now working to revive this eco-friendly, spiritually connected system. Through organic, biodiversity-based farming, we aim to restore health, build immunity, and offer sustainable solutions for both people and the planet.
