Our Organic Coconut Jaggery is a traditional, natural, and unrefined solid sweetener made from the nutrient-rich sap (“Neera”) harvested from the cut flower buds of the coconut palm tree (Cocos nucifera). It is produced by boiling the sap until it thickens into a caramel-like consistency and then pouring it into molds to solidify into blocks or balls.
