Our Organic Coconut Sugar (also known as coconut palm sugar or coco sugar) is a natural, unrefined sweetener made from the sap of the coconut palm flower buds (Cocos nucifera). It is produced by heating the collected sap until most of the water evaporates, leaving behind brown, granulated sugar with a rich, caramel-like flavor, similar to brown sugar.
