Our organically grown Peppercorns are hand plucked, threshed manually and dried in our solar dryers. White pepper is produced from peppercorns that have been allowed to fully ripen, skinned, and then dried to produce small tannish colored peppercorns that are used as a spice. They have a milder earthy and musty flavor than the less ripe version (black peppercorns). White pepper has an anti-inflflammatory effect and enhances the immune system and tones the overall body.
